Returns Policy

Levi and Evelyn will only accept returns in the event the product received is incorrect or has a manufacturers fault.

All requests for Returns must be sent in writing to our support team.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Levi and Evelyn in writing with your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must be returned in the original condition in which it was received. Please be aware that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns if you have used the product.

We highly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your return product, in the unlikely event that we do not receive it.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed into the bank account, Paypal account or AfterPay account with which the purchase was made within 2 business days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect against an account. Refunds are issued less the cost of shipping.

Faulty Product
In the unlikely event that the Levi & Evelyn product you have received has a manufacturers fault, we will replace it with the same product. If the same product is no longer available, you will be offered a refund or exchange to another product of equal value. Once the original purchased product has been received by Levi & Evelyn, we will dispatch the replacement or chosen exchange item within 48 hours (if ready made) or up to 14 business days (if made to order). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Please be aware that the fault of the product cannot be due to incorrect care and maintenance as set out and agreed upon in the Terms of sale.

Incorrect Product
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect product, or if you believe that the product you have received is incorrect, and if we accept that you have received a product which is different to the one you ordered, then Levi & Evelyn will replace the incorrect product with the correct product originally ordered. Once the original purchased product has been received by Levi & Evelyn, we will dispatch the replacement product within 48 hours (if ready made) or up to 14 business days (if made to order). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Damaged on Delivery
All products are hand-made and carefully inspected at each point of manufacturing and again prior to shipping. Any damage incurred through the shipping process is not the responsibility of Levi & Evelyn. If you would like to add insurance to your postage, please contact our Support Team. Your invoice will be amended and the cost of insurance charged to your account.

Change of Mind Returns
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind. All sales are final unless they fall under the conditions specified in the Returns Policy above.
